The woman behind the three pseudonyms lives in the foothills of a gorgeous California mountain range, the perfect setting for writing erotic romance, chilling mystery or something with a more humorous note.

Her parents are British, she was born in Canada and moved to the States when she was ten. She’s been married to her very own Viking God (he’s laughing over her shoulder as he reads that) for almost two decades. She’s got a thing for the Nordic types, even her dog Star is a Norwegian Elkhound, otherwise known as a mighty moose hunter. Unfortunately, there is a severe lack of moose in those California mountains, but plenty of Redwood trees. JB even has a few in her yard. JB and her husband don’t have children of the human variety, just Star and Eddie.

Thanks to all of you for your outpouring of sympathy. Eddie Munster passed away on May 9th. My husband and I will miss him very much.

JB has been writing stories since she was six (her sister still remembers those silly animal stories). She wrote her first book in high school, a gothic romance. Her teacher, Mrs. MacDonald (who actually had a son named Ronald) hated the book but adored the writer. Thank you, Mrs. MacDonald, for the encouragement. JB loves writing hot, sexy romance, sometimes combining it with mystery, suspense, and/or the paranormal.
